Welcome to all our new customers! It’s been great having you come onboard with us and we hope this relationship continues to grow. In the future I see that ClanHost will expand rapidly, but our traditional one-on-one customer service will remain the same. Of course you can still text, email and phone us, the modern way!

Recently, I have also heard from a few people that our game servers are expensive and other providers are offering better prices than ClanHost. However, our new ‘Free Game Server’ program will give you the opportunity to reduce these prices, it all depends on what you do for us. As the saying goes “you scratch my back I’ll scratch yours.” Therefore, starting January 1^st 2010 high prices will no longer be a issue. We believe ClanHost offers a quality service at affordable prices. Other providers may offer cheaper servers, but is their quality up to ClanHost’s high standards?

We are excited about the prospects for the year ahead and these new initiatives are just the start of what is still to come in 2010.

Starting January 1^st 2010 ClanHost.com.au will be giving our customer’s their game servers for free!!* Of course there is a catch, but you will like this one. Every time you direct a customer to ClanHost and they purchase something on our website you will receive a discount on your monthly bill.

This is how it works. Let’s say you pay $52 for your 20 slot rFactor server a month. You then direct a friend to ClanHost and they purchase an rFactor server from us. They enter the coupon code which has your account details on it. You then receive a discount of $10 a month on your rFactor server for the time they remain with us!

The discount amount will change depending on what your friend purchases. Full details can be found on our website.

A New Server!!

Due to the overwhelming support from all our customers and the support team, ClanHost will be purchasing a new server. We will again have the latest state of the art server!! I’m excited about this and I hope you all are too. Over the years we have implemented a structure that will enable the server changeover to be as smooth as possible. As always there will be some downtime, but as you know it’s never too long.

Due to the release of AA3 All AA2 server prices will fall. Below are the new prices for AA2 Servers.

- $72 $52 - 18 Slot Server. Monthly Fee.
- $88 $60 - 22 Slot Server. Monthly Fee.
- $104 $70 - 26 Slot Server. Monthly Fee.
- $30 - Setup Fee.
