This is a question we get asked every time a new customer purchases a server.
I doubt very much we have ever had a server running and not display in-game.
So here are some things to check.
1. On the server status page, does it say running?
2. On the server status page, do you see MaxPlayers > 0
3. How long is your server name, are you using funky characters?
4. Does the server match your client version of the game?
5. Have you rebooted your computer. This has happened before, we do not know why but it seems to work.
6. Run a server update, this also validates the server files.
The most common reason, of all time.
7. Check your filters. Non-Official, Password Protected, PVP, Map Name.
And Use the filter to filter out all the other servers.
Number 7 is always the reason, no matter how many excuses we hear.
