You are the person or entity who is applying or who is receiving Web Hosting Services from ClanHost. Use of any information obtained by way of ClanHost is at your own risk, and ClanHost holds no liability for such use. ClanHost is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of ClanHost Hosting services or by your
inability to use the Web Hosting services for any reason. You are solely responsible for maintaining data, file, and directory structure backups. You, as the customer of ClanHost, are required to provide ClanHost with correct and up to date contact details for billing and technical notification purposes. ClanHost takes no responsibility for disruption to services due to inability to contact the customer.

You agree not to maliciously or intentionally interfere with the proper operation of the system, including but not limited to defeating identification procedures, obtaining access beyond that which you are authorised for, and impairing the availability, reliability, or quality of service for other customers. You further agree not to interfere with the proper operation of other systems reachable through the Internet, including any attempt at unauthorised access.

ClanHost does not tolerate SPAM. If you use spam, unsolicited emails or message board posting, or any other similar method to promote your site.

You agree that you / your site will not

• violate any state, federal or foreign laws or regulations
• infringe on any intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights) of ClanHost or any third party
• display unauthorized photos, images or recordings without proper consent
• use defamatory, slanderous or trade libelous, threatening or harassing content of any type
• file sharing music, software, bit torrents, video or pictures that contains copyright
• use proxy server software (any type) used to hide users IP or cache content
• be discriminatory based on gender, race, age or promotes hate
• contain any type of pornography or illegal drugs or substances
• violate any ClanHost policy posted on the ClanHost Site including, but not limited to, our Acceptable Use and Privacy Policy
• contain viruses or other computer programming defects which result in damage to ClanHost, it's servers or any third party
• The owner of this site reserves the right to delete any files hosted here for any reason.
• You may not upload any files that violate any state, federal or foreign laws or regulations
• You may not upload any files that use defamatory, slanderous or trade libelous, threatening or harassing content of any type
• You may not upload any files, sharing music, software, bit torrents, video or pictures that contains copyright
• You may not upload any files that are discriminatory based on gender, race, age or promotes hate
• You may not upload any files that contain any type of pornography or illegal drugs or substances
• You may not upload any files that contain viruses or other computer programming defects which result in damage to ClanHost, it's servers or any third party

NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, lease, rent or assign any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, unless expressly permitted by ClanHost.

User Conduct
Clients are not authorized to transmit unlawful, threatening, profane, pornographic, offensive, abusive, obscene, indescent or otherwise objectional information of any kind via voice or any other means.

Failure to abide by these terms then your access to our services will be immediately terminated.
