By using these services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated here and by all the terms that is also listed under the Terms of Service menu displayed on this website; you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClanHost from any loss, liability, claim, damage and expense arising from or related to your content or use of any services provided by ClanHost. If you are not satisfied with these terms and conditions then you must discontinue use of our services.

ClanHost is committed to cooperate with any and all legal authorities if an investigation should arise.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, lease, rent or assign any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, unless expressly permitted by ClanHost.

Limitation of liability
ClanHost will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the server.

Customer Information
It is the customers duty to keep ClanHost informed of any changes of personal details. This includes and it not limited to your email address, address and telephone number. Your new personal details must be sent three days prior to any new communication being sent to the customer. E-mail is the preferred contact method for general communique. ClanHost will not be held responsible for any loss of communication or problems that arise as a result of customers not informing ClanHost of their current and accurate contact details.

Security of your Personal Information
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete, up-to-date and stored in a secure environment protected from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.
How to access your Personal Information Upon your request, ClanHost will take reasonable steps to let you know, generally, what sort of personal information we hold, for what purposes and how we collect, use and disclose that information.
Upon your request, ClanHost will provide access to your personal information we hold, except in certain prescribed circumstances, including emergency situations, specified business imperatives and law enforcement or other public interests.


Quality of service
We aim to provide best possible service at best possible prices. We offer comprehensive support via many options found by clicking the Support link. Our online team play a key role in providing a quality service to you. This quality of service can only be expected if these Terms of Service are adhered to.

Faults, Downtime and Errors
The User accepts that there may occasionally be problems with computers and telecommunication systems. Consequently the User accepts that there may be periods of downtime, relating to the Services and/or Web Site, in which the User cannot access these. However, we will maintain reasonable effort to minimize these periods. The User accepts that in such cases of downtime, they will have no claim of breach of contract. When possible We will notify the User of predicted downtime and/or scheduled downtime for upgrades, updates, etc.
Users who are found, beyond a doubt, to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, will have their account status seriously reviewed, leading to either suspension, or termination without a refund.

Termination of Account
ClanHost requires a five (5) day notice of cancellation prior to the billing renewal date for the upcoming billing cycle, submitted via E-Mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . A five (5) day notice before the upcoming billing date is also required for any downgrades. All client data will be destroyed immediately after the cancellation date.

Pricing / Fees
All prices on the website may change at any given time. When you purchase your hosting plan this price will remain the same unless a general price increase is implemented or you decide to upgrade or downgrade your package. Please note if you choose to change your package a fee of $10 will apply for administration.

Payments MUST be made by the DUE DATE or a $20 late fee will be added to your invoice account balance.

If you choose to suspended your account then you will acquire setup fee(s) when purchasing your server(s) again. Late fees are attached to your "Team/Site Account" and will have to eventually be paid. Late fees last for a month which will bring you up until your next due date then your account will be suspended and all services removed if not paid. If account payment is not made ClanHost reserve the right of ownership until all outstanding payments are made.

If you choose to pay the late fees by the next due date all services will resume and no setup fee will accur when resuming your server(s) again.

Failure to abide by these terms then your access to our services will be immediately terminated.

We reserve the right to change these rules and guidelines at anytime without prior notice.
